We collect only what the challenge needs to work.

What we collect

Name, WhatsApp number, email and city, when you ask for the syllabus or start checkout (even if you do not finish paying).
Business name and GSTIN, only if you ask for a GST invoice.
Payment reference and status from Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
The ad or link you came from (for example utm tags), to know which of our posts and ads work.

How we use it

To give you access: the cohort group invite, your platform login, and challenge messages on WhatsApp and email.
To contact you about the challenge if you started but did not finish checkout.
To issue your GST invoice and certificate.
To tell you about other Anilee Academy programmes. Reply STOP on WhatsApp or tell us on WhatsApp to opt out at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run the challenge (Cloudflare for hosting, Razorpay for payments, Meta for WhatsApp messages) and with the Anilee Academy team.

Your rights

WhatsApp us to see, correct or delete your data. Deleting your data removes your access to the challenge.
